The making of One Team One Heart began with a vision to capture not just the performances, but the relentless work and heart behind the Olathe Northwest Raven Dance Team’s success. Filmed over the course of an entire season, Emma Stanfield was granted access to the team’s practices, competitions, and personal lives to show the true dynamic of this team. Through intense practices, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments, Emma aimed to authentically portray the emotional and physical demands of competitive dance at the highest high school level.
